  I don't get the lukewarm reviews. Dirt nose. Cool, clean, blue fruit palate. Tannins are soft and velvety. Very drinkable. A very natural expression of the juice. Old world in style, this never comes off as trying too hard. More artful than technical.

  The wine came exquisitely wrapped in tissue paper - like the finest wines, so I was expecting more than what was delivered alas. The wine is competently made but it lacks in several respects. Deep red color, but partly transparent. The only a little film with the glass swirl. The aroma was good - some fruit but not very strong and it faded fairly quickly. I could not identify the many components listed in the other reviews. The taste was pleasant but not outstanding and lighter than I expected.
