This aged very nicely. It was steely and mineraly with a hint of lime and lemon. It drank like a much more expensive Chablis. This was the last of 6 bottles and I had left it in the cellar to find out how age would affect it. I think I can say that the bottle time did it a great service. I loved this.
This greatly improved over the last six months and I was delighted to share with friends. Nice notes of citrus, particularly lemon, but also a streak of creaminess and butter. It is a lovely summer wine. I hope the drinking window is truly through 2015, as I would like to keep some of my bottles for next summer. This is a perfect summer grilling wine.
