Yeast and green apple aromas; alcohol noticeable but nice lemon, green apple, candied cherry flavors. This is quality stuff. I have a single bottle left and if possible, I'd like to try this last one around 2020. 2020?! My goodness that sounds so futuristic, I'm hoping to take this bottle to an offline in my flying car.
This had some leakage or overflow under the foil, and the cork did not "pop" so a perfect seal had not been maintained. No carbonation, but the wine was not completely compromised. A still wine that smelled and tasted of fresh green apples. It was drinkable, if one were in the mood for apple juice. No score as this was not a correct bottle.
