  Popped and poured at fridge temp. A surprisingly light colour. The nose is somewhat subtle, with beeswax, but not so much honey. The palate had a nice sweet attack with good acidity, a very enjoyable wine that went well with fried salmon as well as a chocolate cake for desert.
