  Taste: rather nice fruit, with nice lemon. Good acidity. Just a bit sweet, but not to much. At the fifth day a very nice, soft, refined, typical sauvignon blanc nose and a more rich and balanced taste. Tasty sauvignon blanc, that makes a good match with pie with leek and racy cheese. 84-85.
