Really pretty chard drinking well now. Golden color, nose of pineapple and guava. Palate had a nice acid with tropical fruits and a hint of apple. Finish is really euphoric up front with a fruit burst and then lingers for quite a while. I wish I had more of this one.

This is a beautiful wine. I liked it the best of the 3 of us at the table. There were gorgeous tropical fruit notes - pineapple, citrus and apple, plus some cream and spice.
Unfortunately we had this with braised rabbit with mustard (lapin a la moutarde, braised in an Auxey-Duresses white Burgundy wine - what was I thinking, serving a New World chardonnay with French rabbit?!). The wine really did NOT go with the rabbit.
We also had some grilled Atlantic salmon and some roast chicken, and it paired best with the salmon - unsurprisingly. Although I liked it best on its own.
I like the Adelaheim Stoller chardonnay better but this was a good wine.
We paid $24 and it is good value for that price.
Drink now but it has time, too.

Smooth, mild butter, hint of oak, amazing balance.

Very good, but probably not much longer. Glad I had it before it was gone.

Nice enough but either in transition to maturity or on the downslope.
