  Still plenty of life here, and plenty to like. Good earthiness, a slight bit of char or smoke, a bit of sharpness that pairs really well with food (and is more like bitterness without food).

  Drinking well right now. Opened up nicely over a three hour period - at least that's as long as we had any left in the bottle. There was a strong
  positive difference between the first hour and the third hour. If I had more I would be drinking it now b/c it doesn't feel like it's going to get better.

  Glorios nose. Big, earthy red fruit flavor. Long Finish. Wonderful. Near its peak.
