  A really awesome cros p that takes a good few hour to open up with darkish red fruit, spice, perfume, nutmeg and minerals. Palate is so full and detailed with penetrating depth. It just keeps getting better and better in the glass. This will be magnificient when it is at peak. 96-97 potential.

  Just incredible. Perfumed with finest red berries and an eclectic bouquet of flowers was my first impression, while underneath them lies such a solid mineral core sustaining the backbone of wine - so solid that even the wine poured in the glass didn’t lose its structure after an hour or so. Developed over time some darker tinges but without losing its fragrance and brightness, this is an absolute stunner. Probably my wine of the night from the 2021 Hospices de Beaune Paulée.

  Chablis and Champagne Weekend; 4/17/2019-4/21/2019 (Au bon Manger, Ingo's castle, Rocaille, Le Pot d'Etain): Not blind
  It started slow but after decantation of 2 hours it developed to the right direction. The other 3 drinnkers liked it more than me, fruity, compact, some iron notes, for me somehow rustic but charmy, violet, a bit alcoholic in the finish but the air gives him deepness and elegance. 94
