  Chef's Table (Wild Olives Rosemary Beach, FL): Brick red core with paler rim. Aromas of cherry liqueur, rose petals, licorice, and pipe tobacco. Full bodied red fruit on the palate with good acidity and some spiciness from the oak treatment. It has a long, smooth finish. The 2007 Barolo vintage is drinking very well right now.

  The wine looks Ruby colored. The legs are Slow. It smells like Coffee, Oak, and Tobacco. It tastes like Blueberry, Blackberry, Prune, and Cherry. The body is Full. The wine has Silky texture. The wine finishes Long.
