Similar to previous note; perhaps not as strong dill components, but it's there, along with pomegranate, smoke, earth, and cola. Really solid QPR. Perfect pairing with roasted butternut squash with Gorgonzola and quinoa.

Somewhat aromatic nose of cherry, sour dark cherry on the palate with good acidity, reasonable concentration and mild tannins. Short finish. Not a wine to write home about but darn good for a pinot at $15.

Moderate nose of underripe cherry. Decent concentration though not near the power of some California Pinots; certainly not watery but does lose some power in the middle before fruit, acid, and alcohol surge forward again for a turbulent finish. Balance is slightly off with dominant acid making for a slightly sour experience on the palate. Pair appropriately and this should be a great mid-week food wine.

- Purple color with medium forming legs and aromas of raspberry, strawberry and rose. It's balanced and has flavours of raspberry, strawberry and strawberry jam with a light/medium body. Bright texture with a medium finish - Lovely and light...

I was pretty nervous on the pop, but 20-30 mins. air brought this around pretty nicely. Fairly deep ruby color, but still somewhat transparent, with crimson towards the edges, and a clear meniscus. Interesting nose of pomegranate, cherry, oak spice, smoke, potpourri, and big time dill, which I'm loving. Medium-bodied with good acidity and medium finish. Pomegranate is definitely leading the flavor profile, followed by cherry, spice, and a bit of herbaceous dill. I think this is pretty solid for the money (I paid $15), and I found it more complex than some previous reviewers did, clearly.
