This was surprisingly still very good and showed well. Strange aromas of star fruit, pineapple, and other tropical fruits. The flavor profile was rich and fruity yet with really good acid lift creating some lovely character. Actually impressive.

Proveance is everything. Quietly sleeping in the cellar since release. Gorgeous muted peaches, beeswax, and lemon meringue. Full bodied and singing so well. Very very nice example. Not sure if this is my last bottle, and I hope it isn't. If your bottle hasn't been stored well, then you should drink up. If you have been storing well, then you'll be good for the next 18-24 months. Wow.

Another Saturday at Chevalier...Mostly Blind 2010 (Chicago IL): Tasted double blind. Clearly New World with rich, tropical character and unctuous textures. Slightly past its peak. 88 points today, probably better in 2014 or 2015.

Exotic nose of lychee, star fruit, & tropical fruits. Fat & rich with nice depth & spice. 90

Drinking very well. Layered with flavors and complexity. Best Roussanne I have tasted in several years.
