First night - not sure if I did not grab a bottle of Cali Syrah by mistake. Not bad if you are in the mood for a big ripe wine, but Burgundian this is not. Second night - better - less fruit, more structure. A little more tobacco notes add an interesting balance. Fine firm tannins. Maybe there is hope for this one. Hold. 88-90+
