  • Total shocker! Still wine. Showing obvious dust, dirt, must, but structure holding on and developed fruit. Definitely helps to be a fan of aged wines. I'll assume this was the last bottle in the world lol.

  • This was an auction purchase for $5 a few months ago. I thought this would have held up better than it did. Medium bodied but without much tannic structure. The fruit was fading but still hanging in. Notes leather and red fruit. Short finish. 82 points.

  • I had a feeling this was trouble once I removed the foil and found the cork protruding about 1/4 inch. I remember purchasing this at a store with bad storage conditions after the wine had been on the market about 2 years. I should not have done this. The violet colored wine had an earthy nose with volatile acidity and there was absolutely no fruit left. A dud for the 2nd day in a row. 50+6+5+5+4 = 70
