    In der Nase Steinobst, Aprikose, herbe Birne, Zitrusnote, florale Töne, dezente Kräuterwürze, Nelke, rauchige Nuancen, Schiefer-Mineralik.
    Am Gaumen saftig, feine Fruchtaromen, Limette ,kräuterige Würze, steinige Mineralität, reife eingebundene Säure. Mittlerer Körper, komplex, griffig, dicht. Langer ausdrucksstarker salzig-mineralischer Abgang.
    Ein eleganter Mosel-Riesling, für mich heute 91/100.
    Dazu schmeckte vorzüglich Dorade & Salat.
