From the cabin fridge. Only thing cold when we arrived. Nicely made, crisp yet with a touch of weight. Tangy acidity. Not necessarily my style, but nice for what it is.

11% A farily subtle nose: crisp with some green and appley fruits. There's a hint of petillance in the mouth. Light, fresh and crisp, with a very good fruit character.

Very crisp with loads of lemon and tart orange up front. Floats on the palate. Hardly any perceptible carbonation for a Txakolina. As refresing as they come.

Shanghaied for the night: Here is an oddity…I initially though the label looked Greek. 11.5% alcohol. Somewhere between Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling was my first impression. Crisp, medium-bodied with a nice little spritz on the palate. Good quaff I guess.

Aroma of green apple and lemons. Opens with a slight frutiness and fades to a taste of lemons with a pretty long finish.
