S FL WS Group celebrates JC & FKG's new home (Hollywood, FL): This was a mystery wine brought by Emilio who hinted that it was from a well known region, but an odd varietal for it. It had a screw top so I thought it was from Aus/NZ, but no. FKG eliminated many varietals based on the profile. I think it was Ms. Emilio that correctly guessed Oregon and after exhausting the varietals, I guessed GV to finally get that. Fruit profile of tart apple, with no oak, high acidity, and fairly light body. A crisp, refreshing wine, and suggest letting it warm above 60 degrees to let it take on more richness.

Very refreshing. Acid gives it a tight structure.

Refreshing, mild acidity, slightly sweet. Perfectly enjoyable on a warm Easter Sunday BBQ.
