A solid Beaujolais particularly for the price. Very crisp, acidity is just enough to cut through savory meats. Raspberry, black cherry, on the nose and palate not sweet though. Sipping wine for sure, drinking it at roughly 58 degrees upon opening.

Classic Beaujolais nose of bubblegum and cherries. Bright, sappy fruit which opens up with time in the glass to reveal more nuanced notes of liquorice and dark fruits. Good stuff that benefits from being drunk with food. Fresh, crisp finish.

A bit blunt, not sure if the bottle wasn't right. No fruit noted by others.
