Bright disc. Light ruby with pink rim. Initial mustiness on the nose blows off after approximately 30 minuts in the glass. The nose then shows pleasant raspberry, cherry and exotic spices. Medium-bodied on the palate, with similar flavors as for the nose. Medium, slightly coarse tannins. Long, slightly hot finish.

(Potel Nicolas Bourgogne Rouge 'Maison Dieu' Vieilles Vignes) Medium-full cherry colour. The nose is of cooking cherries with a subtle undertow of oak and earth. Fresh acidity, concentrated cherry fruit and medium tannins. This is very serious for a Bourgogne - particularly in 2000. Very good wine and worth leaving for 2 years.

Medium ruby colour. Fruity and leather aromas. Cherry and strawberry on the palate. Prolonged length. Average.
