Quite different from the other bottles. Dusty, grass, and less citrus or brightness than previous bottles. There was a bit of a savoury not as well that I couldn't place.

Getting some petrol on the nose and rubber on the palate, and otherwise a great dry Gewurtz in the process of showing some bottle age. Amazing at the woot price, wish this would come around again.

On PnP the nose is pineapple, mango, and something herbaceous I can't put my finger on. There's also a nice floral note. Palate is medium-heavy with a hint of glycerine. Great acidity, no sugar at all. Nice spiciness on the finish with a grassy and lemony entry and mid-palate. Nice mineral buzz too.
As it warms and opens further, I get more of the same. Delicious wine, excellent concentration and nice Gewurtz spice.

On PnP this is a little warmer than ideal, I suppose, but very delicious. Lychee, a hint of fruit sweetness despite being completely dry, and a nice background of spiciness. This is what Gewurtztraminer ought to be. Only downside is that it doesn't go so well with spicy food, even though the flavour profile would. Perhaps a slightly off-dry version to accompany this would be perfect.
