Decanted 90 mins. 12/10/2023: served with lamb kidneys and shitake mushrooms: I was skeptical at first - it seemed a bit disjointed - but it integrated slowly but surely becoming a very complete wine by Day 2 and still going strong on Day 4 and gave the impression of being able to hold its own with higher-rated Bordeaux.

Super dark fruit and earth on the nose. Full bodied with flavors that followed the nose - paired very nicely with peppercorn steak. Definitely can continue to develop for quite some time!

Decanted about 2 hours. On the nose, big, bad Cab. Everything you would expect in a high end wine. Dark, ripe red fruit. Oak. Smoke & earth combined with fine spice. Paired this with grilled NY's and the wine was the show. Really, really good and drinking very well right now. We were impressed for a wine at this price point.
