  • Not too much on the nose, black currants and some earth, like a lot of older Calif.cabs. Took about an hour to open up, a very nice wine. Full bodied w/an excellent mouth feel and medium length finish. Cedar, dark cherry and something like juniper on the finish...a hint of mint anyway. Nice Valentine's Day wine w/
a choice T Bone, assorted veggies and artisian crusty bread (Grand Central) for those Oregonians in the crowd...Grand Central makes an awesome product.
This wine has plenty of life left and should be enjoyable for the next 5 years or so. If you happen to come across, a great find!
