  Deep colour, red fruits, espresso, and mocha. Big tannic structure, there's aging potential here. Good acidity, will pair well with red meats and old cheeses.

  Servir à 17 °C. Il convient particulièrement aux brochettes de boeuf et poivron vert, au rôti de boeuf, au hachis parmentier de canard, au rôti de palette, ou au filet de porc au café.

  Intense colour, nose of red berries with hints of coffee and spice (mocha, vanilla, cinnamon and liquorice). Rich, tannic structure and great aromatic expression on the palate. Fine and elegant with great ageing potential. Powerful, with a superb unctuous finish coming through. A great wine.
