  • Deep colour, red fruits, espresso, and mocha. Big tannic structure, there's aging potential here. Good acidity, will pair well with red meats and old cheeses.

  • Cette cuvée « Haut-Bertinerie » du très beau millésime 2009, fort loquace au nez, s'exprime sur d'invitants arômes de fraise, de prune, de poivron et de poivre, rehaussé de tonalité de café et de moka. La bouche est gourmande, présentant des tanins bien enrobés et une texture agréablement veloutée. Un bordeaux bien structuré d'un raffinement certain!

    Servir à 17 °C. Il convient particulièrement aux brochettes de boeuf et poivron vert, au rôti de boeuf, au hachis parmentier de canard, au rôti de palette, ou au filet de porc au café.

  • Intense colour, nose of red berries with hints of coffee and spice (mocha, vanilla, cinnamon and liquorice). Rich, tannic structure and great aromatic expression on the palate. Fine and elegant with great ageing potential. Powerful, with a superb unctuous finish coming through. A great wine.
