It bit harsh to give a grade here, but the wine really never opened up, even after extensive aeration. Need to let those ones sleep, so that they can really blossom when they awake. The 2004 seemed on the contrary more open to business.

Smells the sea on a cold winter morning. Wonderful salinity on the nose, crushed oyster shells with lemon blossom. Light and delicate on the palate with floral and mineral flavors. Not the most complex wine but delicious and refreshing.

MuscaDay 2013 (Tom's House - Washington, DC): Candied grapefruit and lemon peel on the nose. On the palate, green melon mixes with key lime, salt and dried honey. Pure and fresh, with a long and salty finish. Classic 2005 Muscadet, and it could develop even more intensity over the next five years.
