Consistent with last bottle. Dark red core, no lightening at rim. Bright cherry and spicy oak on the nose. Medium body, sweet cherry, blackberry and oak on the palate, decent balance, moderate tannins , medium finish. Very good

Dark red core, no lightening at rim. Bright cherry and spicy oak on the nose. Medium body, sweet cherry, blackberry and oak on the palate, decent balance, moderate tannins and a bit of alcohol poke through on the back palate, medium finish. Not complex or mind-blowing but a nice QPR at $12, and the sweet fruit would probably be a crowd pleaser for most groups, reminiscent of an inexpensive by-the-glass selection. Will likely hold up nicely for 3-5 years. Very good.

Similar to our last bottle.Cherry from the granache mixes with blackberry from the syrah. There's a fair amount of oak that provides some midpalate spiciness but also a little roughness, and the tannins haven't smoothed out yet. Good for the price but could use some time.

Young, but with some time it opens up very nicely, dark fruits, not jammy, nice finish with complex notes. At this price, very good.
