  • Opened for 2 hours before consumption. Medium red in color, nose of oak with light toast, not a trace of vanilla fat or bubble gum that plagues many wines made with a lot of stems. Deep floral nose with traces of tangerine peel, mocha and spices.. Medium palate that is quite restraint at the moment, will take a few years more to open up, very supple tannins and Nice acidity lift at the end, does not have the overripe balance that plagues many 09 burgundies, medium finish with lots of minerals. Very nice village chambolle with a bright future.
