  Very, very good Village. Tight and complex nose with some cedar and notes of tobacco. Not very Chambolle in the nose, but on the palate the Chambolle come into play. Sweet and silky red berries with some strawberries and with sweet raspberry toward the finish. Nice grip and high concentration. Ripe elderberries and a touch of vanilla in the medium long finish. Very well crafted village. I´m sure it will keep developing in the cellar for at least 5 more years. 90-91+P

  Still young with smoke and violets on the nose, but this definitely has the youthful floral Chambolle hints. Flavours were punchy and fruity with a very balanced acid profile.
