in a perfect window now after a little air. red to darker red fruit and leather, spices hinting almost to vosne, florals, and minerals/cellar notes. tough not to like

Great wine for its level. Mostly red cherry start-to-finish with some black cherry, also showcasing minerally, ferrous textures that are bright and engaging. Good weight and length. At its peak.

Bright, vibrant ruby. Initially really quite plush, densely silky, rounded, mid red fruited. Lovely. With air it lightens a little and shows a touch more acidity with a slightly more redcurrant aspect to the fruit. Respectable length. This is very nice indeed, drinking well in a late primary to early secondary sort of way. ***1/2 possibly just ****

Textbook floral-and-berried-pretty like chambolle village should be, perhaps a little riper than I would've expected, but with freshness to balance it. I usually feel guilty just by looking to long at my 2010s, but this was very enjoyable now.

Nicely floral start with background spice and plenty of red and black cherry throughout. Seemed slightly shorter than I recall from before, but perhaps it was just its context with more white wines tonight.
