8m maceration in barrel, no pressing, sulfur or filtration. Bottled with sediment. In 1L Bottle because there is about 1 glass of sediment in the bottle.

A note to those who taste this ... it needs to be left upright for a few days to settle the sediment and then decanted off. This is recommended directly from Movia, as it is purposefully bottled with significant sediment.

Not for everyone. Super dark and misty for a white as it is supposed to be with Ribolla Gialla. Starts out soft and understated, then opens up with more acidity and juicy lemons. It turned into sour lemon candy by the end. The nose wasn't as pronounced as I would like even after air. Judging by the cork, I would drink this before 2020. I imagine with current acidity, it will drink best after 2017.

Cloudy yellow hue. Palate as a terrific mouth feel. Complex and wonderful balance here.

unfiltered and very, very cloudy. Really, really sweet nose showing very ripe honeydew melons, with a hint of pear
