  absolutely à point.It is everything a Puligny 1er cru should be.Full bodied, fragrant fruit with decent acidity.Drunk over 2 days.

  Drunk alongside Tessons from same vintage. This was definitely fuller and deeper though not necessarily "better." Quite intense reduction on the nose. Palate feels more meursault than Puligny but of course Referts is right next door. Very good but needs air to open.

  Served alongside a Fichet Meursault le Tesson ,also 2010, to accompany live Maine lobster shipped overnight.
  The Puligny was magnificent, a perfect pairing with the lobster.
  A fragrant nose of pear and dried apricot. The flavors of dried apricot and toast complete a voluptuous and lingering mouthful. Most of all it was the delicious, subtle smoky flavor that made me hope the bottle would never end.
