Expressive smokey nose, with a bit of dill. Black cab fruit that turns sweet on the finish. A typical Cab SCM profile for me. Moderate refreshing finish that stays lithe on the palate. Tannins are there but not intrusive. Drink or hold. More integrated than my last bottle last year.
Great Cabernet. Super fresh. Backberry, graphite leading to more cedar and green pepper with a mineral finish. Excellent balance. Solid acidity and good persistent finish. Really drinking well right now.
Aroma: Blackberry, graphite, green pepper and cedar. Palate: Jammy blackberry with baking spice, leather, graphite and flint. Excellent structure. Good acidity. Tannins still somewhat green. Wait a few more years.
