  This has held up very nicely. Still plenty of fruit being displayed.

  3452 cases produced. 13.7% alcohol. A blend of 56% Grenache, 23% Mourvedre, 14% Syrah, 7% Zinfandel. Opened and served immediately without decanting in Spiegelau Authentis Balloon Magnum glasses. Dusty garnet color in the glass. Firm nose of plum, lacquer, licorice and herbs. Fruit flavors that tended towards darker fruits such as black currant with a bit of plum that have a sensation of “dirt” I receive so often from a wine with such a high blend of Grenache and Mourvedre. Fairly well balanced although the sugars a little too much. A simple wine that I had a difficult time really getting my hands around. 82. Drink now.
