  Pale lemon-golden. Medium developing aromas of lemon, mineral(flint) and stone fruit. Dry, medium-medium(+) acidity, light tannin, medium alcohol and body. Medium flavours of lemon, apricot, lemon-rind, mineral. Medium length with zesty dry finish. Elegant. Upon opening quite austere, after a couple of hours it became more opulent and buttery. Decant next time.
