NathanWR's note captures my experience of this wine as well. Honey and hard cider notes are really at the fore along with something more floral (probably what is being described as white tea). there was also a sweaty note, though I cannot confirm whether that came from the wine, me, or someone else at the table. A very fun and interesting wine and a good value.

I love this. So fun to sniff. Classic orange-wine aromas (white tea, honey, hard cider, plus something almost bubblegummy), plus a whiff of barnyard. Smells wild and untamed. Lots of black pepper and verjus-like tartness in the mouth. Very pleasant to drink.

I had a glass of this during a great dinner at 1889 Enoteca, so to be fair to the wine haven't given it a rating. This was the wine of the night for me, so much going on in the glass, and was a great food match. I could have easily enjoyed a bottle of this wine, trying to pick up all the flavours on the palate. My first bottle of Dinavolino, but definitely won't be the last.
