PnP to go with a turkey and smoked duck barley soup on a spring night that felt more like end of winter. Compared from my previous note ‘13, the fruit is lively and mature, notes of raspberry and tart cherry along with mellow acidity and a green element shows at the end. A true reward of patience to be enjoyed with charcuterie, cheese, or French onion soup.

A lovely Chenas Cru Beaujolais. We decanted for 30 minutes. The flavor profile was filled with berries. The tannins were gentle, and the wine had a wonderful texture!

Currently in a great place. Soft and lightly structured with good acid.

This is a truly delicious Beaujolais. What a value wine from Garagiste at $19 or so! Time to drink this one up, it is crazy good and a great WFTM.

Drunk over 3 days actually opened up and was better for keeping . I was about to consign it to the drain after the first glass. Better for breathing.
