  Decanted an hour, similar notes to before. The tannins were softer on this one, and there was a nice cherry cola taste toward the finish, which lingers.

  As of now, there is a total of 1 "community holdings" of this wine and that would be me and my holdings. I feel lucky. My local wine store recommended this for $37, saying it managed a lot of complexity for that price. And guess what? That's exactly right. It has structure more than overwhelming fruit, and it's got a nice long, rolling taste that makes me immediately want another sip. I haven't ranked my last few wines but this one is enough of a happy surprise I want to think of a proper rating. A Cal cab that's really good that you don't own and it's $37? I'll take another.
