Quelle belle bouteille. La garde lui a servi. Encore du fruit rouge cuit, du cuir, une présence de cèdre et malgré tout une touche de violette. Très bien balancé. Les tannins sont fondus. La finale est moyenne. Personnellement à son meilleur. Quand même faire décanter 1h pour faire sortir tous les arômes.

Samso 45%, Garnacha 40%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10% and Syrah 5%
Full body, deep garnet red. Starts with intense black fruits, oak and floral aroma but thorough about half hour in glass continues with sweet spices notes and elegant leather. Black cherry, dewberry, jammy palate and long mineral finish. Slightly unbalanced – too powerful but rich and complex, bold and rounding texture, gentle acidity and ripe, completely integrated tannins. Best match is rice dishes, tasted with stuffed peppers. Serve 17º - 22º. Still needs aeration, open about two hours ahead or decant. Drink now and next six years.
