  PnP. Red fruit and earth on the nose. The medium bodied palate showed the red fruit and earth, along with some dark red fruit, and a touch of cola. It is wise to note that after about 1 hour the fruit began to fade, probably indicating the wine's advanced age. Drink up soon!

  PnP. Nice nose of cherry. Interesting medium weight pinot, but no wow factor. On the palate the wine showed plenty of black cherry, and a touch of cola, wrapped in juicy acidity, but rather simple.

  Paul Lato is a favorite but this wine's flavors seemed kind of hollow and muted. Have another bottle, hope it is better.

  Enjoyed at Truffles in LaDue with pan seared veal medallions, king crab. Exquisite. Balanced. These are words that come to mind. Exceptional nose. Paul makes amazing wines. Our hands down favorite pinot vineyard.
