  Sour...bad. The bottle used a twist top, so I guess you can't say this was corked. Don't know how to describe. I was purchased at the winery, and I thought it was transported home and stored correctly.

  Luckily my father has been a member since opening. I have tried just about every special wine from here and there are all good. Some years like this one really stick out. Great wine and environmentally friendly. Some will blow you mind like this year. Wow.

  Brutally tannic upon opening, but about 3 hours of air shows this wine's true potential. Beautiful complex nose that leans more towards the pomegranate, red fruit side with minimal oak influence. Decant or hold for a few years.
