A few years after last bottle and this is definitely more open and fruit forward. Has lost youthful energy. There is a lot of lovely fruit here, but overall it feels a little undefined and a bit clumsy. It's his most experimental wine and it can be hit or miss, alas.

This is rather hard to read. Very precise, energetic, quite sharp. Didn't show a lot of depth or layers but remarkable purity of fruit, nothing else here. It's an odd balance, both remarkable and hard to love, at least right now. Not sure honestly what will happen to it but look forward to seeing.

lots of saline and slate at first then after about an hour of air the zesty lemon fruit emerged to provide better balance. its quite dense in texture and the more air this got the more it drank like a white wine. still young and leaving the rest in the cellar for a few more years. not scoring this as unsure what to make of this style of champagne.

Youthful and tight. Sharp Lemon citrus notes. Delicious. Interesting to see where this goes.
