Kept under cindition 1 since 215 (see my profile). Color: brownish ruby with an orange rim. In the taste rather much fruit and a remarkable flowery note., also with some drying tannins. At the third day more open, with the fruit at the front and more round, the tannins were resolved and therfore better,. But after some time in the glass also with some brett, that was just not to disturbing. Rather much deposit. 91.

Remaining half bottle. Seemed a little oxidative and tired, but sweet fruit still there, little tannin. Not sure why it's faded in last month? Sediment maybe, or Coravin not quite working?
It was ok but no more.

Medium crimson red - just signs of some brick red at edges.
Red fruits on the nose, Syrah notes quite subdued now.
Complete and integrated on the palate, like last two bottles. Tannins supportive rather than dominant. Good acidity, and the 'lift' of the Viognier helps too. Red fruits now predominant, the 'hot' alcohol of a few years back is now gone. In a decent place now. Went very well with breast of wild mallard and confit of winter veg.

Clear, red colour. White pepper, green pepper on nose. Black fruits, green pepper and a touch of tar in flavour. Well integrated with good body and long length. Drinking well.

Concentrated liquorice and tar nose. Similar flavours - towards the end of the drinking window. Time to consume.
