Good colour, with dark fruit nose. Decanted about an hour before and soon after taking it out of Eurocave. Well balanced wine, plenty of fruit and soft tannins

Decanted one hour. Lovely nose of red fruit and forest floor. The palate is medium bodied and very well balanced. This is a fairly forward vintage with bright flavors of red current, plums, licorice, and spices in a nice vibrant palate. The wine has a nice finish albeit a bit simple. I suspect this will not be a very long lived wine and would enjoy it over the next five years or so.

Needs about a one hour decant to strut its stuff. The nose is floral with some earth notes. The palate sports ripe red fruit, leather and spice. There is a decent amount of tannin here which surprised me a little given 2009 is supposed to be an earlier drinking vintage. Overall quite delicious and a solid food wine.
