Sunny January day = tasting around off North Valley (Willamette Valley): Tart and very light in aroma, showing just some soft mild cherry. Nice soft texture on the palate, showing tart elegant fruits. Nice balance of acidity and building tannins. Wow, what an explosion of acidity at the end. This is quite tart and puckering. Nice stuff, though tight, this has a great future ahead of it. 90+
Taste: Medium bodied with a real elegance to it and tart medium+ acidity. Well balanced with very good depth and expressive tones of crushed rocks, dark red fruits, dark red cherries, and some spice tones as well.
Overall: This was a real gorgeous pinot. Well balanced on both the nose and palate with very good depth and expression as well.
