Party of 8... Drank this with slow braised pork belly served with a spiced 'peach conserve/satsuma balsamic vinegar/Vidal ice wine' reduction. Pairing of the rose suggested by Scott Simonson from Chez nous. Brilliant pairing. One of the most memorable courses ever. Here's to hoping I can duplicate the reduction!
exactly the way I like Rose.....crisp,just a touch of fruit, and perfect with a mix of meats, cheeses and BBQ chicken and spicy sausage. Reminiscent of some of the more elegant French rose's I've tried and loved. Pale, almost peachy color. Impressed the crowd.
