Medium ruby with forward dark ripe fruit along strawberry jam, vegetality and cinammon. Velvety and rich with soft acidity and firm clay-textured tannins that are not in balance with warm/burning alcohol and medium full body. Needed more acid. Still is a crowd pleaser with concentration and opulence.
