Nice light straw color with a slight tinge of green, this wine is not very viscous. The nose is Meyer lemon with a very slight tinge of grapefruit, backed by parsley and a little bit of allspice. The flavors are largely echoed on a balanced and rounded palate that displays a very nice mineral core. The acidity is solid, but it doesn't over-balance, even without a trace of residual sugar. The finish is just medium length, but smooth and tasty. I got this for $24 as part of the Garagiste Mystery Case, and this wine holds up its end of the deal. I'm really enjoying it.
