Maybe we got a bad bottle, maybe not. Nose was decent, chard-like. Taste was really thin, like it was "gone", meaning old. Had some of the components of a Chard, but much weaker. We have had Talley wines before and this was a downright disappointment. Did not even finish mine. If you have any of this, it would be a drink immediately.
PNP. Color dark straw. Nose shows fresh apple and minerality. Swishing shows surprising acid structure for a central coast estate wine that lends to a mineral laden lengthy finish. Sipping lets the fruit shine a little but the structure predominates. Nice because it is neither over ripe nor over oaked. pretty good stuff
