Floral and mineral with just a hint of orchard fruit and a kiss of lemon. Holding up incredibly well and a joy to drink. Perhaps it is lost a little bit of its luster from its youth but glad I was able to experience this with some age behind it also

Medium yellow in the glass slightly cloudy (unfiltered), aromatic nose of stone fruits and earth, palate is crisp & clean and alive with nectarine, Bartlett pear, crisp green apple, honey and a hint of herbs and chalk. Beautiful long finish. Our first Wow White of the year from this biodynamic, dry farming pioneer from Paso. Well done. Blend is 57% Grenache Blanc 20% viogner 14% Marsanne 9% Roussanne. Great accompaniment to grilled lobster and herbed potatoes.

I had never heard of this wine but go figure the only other taster of the wine in CT is Richard J--what else! Found this winery at a Laura's House charity event last night, where they poured a red and a white. Their focus is biodynamic and their table collateral is all about making sure this is their lead. Good for them and their passion to drive down this road and commit to it. So to this wine, the bottle says 57% Grenache Blanc, 20% Viognier, 14% Marsanne and 9% Roussanne. Label says dry farmed, native yeast, u/f and u/f. Like with the other whites from last night, I brought this home and stuck it in the fridge with the cork. Enjoying tonight. Has a waxy note to it, the feeling that comes through white rhones sometimes for me. Medium weight, with stone fruit skin (like nectarine), apple and lemon rind. There is a decent amount of acid in here too, a solid wine. As a side note, the bottle is heavier glass so I wonder about if the winery is trying to act with an eco focus, why not use a lighter glass?
