This bottle was much more enjoyable than the first. I know this sounds obvious, but it drinks like a Burgundian sauv blanc. The typical sauv blanc notes are subdued by the minerality. Overall it's a nice bottle

Not overly remarkable. In fact, not particulalry good on its own. Once dinner hit the table, the wine was much happier. It needed the food. A definite Burgundian nose, which maybe made my brain think a white Burg was coming. Doesn't reallly come across lie a typical sauv blanc either. Overall a confusing wine for me.
