  I just had a bottle of this recently and it was great. This bottle was in decline, but still serviceable. The fruit had faded considerably compared to my most recent experience. We still enjoyed it, however.

  This is a very nice Brunello. The color a is a pale red to orange at the rim, which at this age is expected. I love the nose of the wine and on the palate is has very nice dark red fruits, including dusty cherries, forest floor and maybe a little licorice. It is a very complex wine at its apex.

  Light garnet in colour. Sophisticated and delicate bouquet, with a sweet floral and nectar undertone. Some wafting meaty and savoury background notes. Very complexed. Quite beautiful and gets better after decanting. Red petals and dark stewed fruit on the palate. The savoury note follows in the taste with some salted liquorice and bitter choc. Excellent balance and equilibrium now, feels like it will stay here till around 2024.
