Textbook white bordeaux from sauvignon blanc/semillon blend, dominated by the former. Smoky, stony, precise with typical notes of canteloupe and a bit of fat over the acid. Really lovely. Shame there were only 500 cases made and it's impossible to find!

Notes of fresh acidity and honeysuckle on the nose and palate. Faint hints of guava in the middle and finish was heavier than I expected.
Good for the experience, but would probably not purchase this wine again.

Taste: Light and dry with an initial slightly spicy finish. A touch thin at the finish and quite grassy on the palate.
According to the back label, it's styled like a Loire but tasted like an NZ SB. An OK wine.

Light in color, with refreshing, lemon and citrus flavors. Medium bodied with good acidity, it's a wine I'd drink on the young side.
